The TORNADO® product line of fixed cutter PDC bits accumulates the successful production experience of our designing and engineering team. These bits are manufactured with a cast bit body of proprietary tungsten carbide matrix powder bonded with a copper-nickel alloy binder using the highest quality control standards. This process ensures TORNADO® DDI matrix body bits are built to last with outstanding abrasion resistance combined with high strength and ROP. This makes these bits ideal for general purpose through to hard and abrasive applications.
